Overview
NetSet Training is an introduction to netball consisting of weekly one hour training sessions as part of Netball Australia’s NetSetGo program.
Participants learn basic netball skills in a fun environment to prepare them for competitive netball games.
Inclusion
NetSet training is open to boys and girls aged 5-8.
Seasons
Training is run across two seasons each year:
- Autumn season runs in terms 1 & 2
- Spring season runs in terms 3 & 4
Training is not held during school term breaks.
Fees
$20 per season plus an annual Netball Victoria membership fee of $73.
Fees cover training court hire, coaching support resources, equipment and specialist development training sessions.
Blackburn South Netball Club is a registered Active Kids provider. Eligible players can apply their voucher during registration.
Location
Training sessions are held at Orchard Grove Primary School, 101 Orchard Grove, Blackburn South VIC 3130.
Training is held on Wednesday afternoon.
